Overview
Our proprietary ePAS™ program was developed
to provide career-minded energy professionals information on
unadvertised jobs as well as advanced notice of new or anticipated
job openings. Based on our experience, contacts and pulse on
various segments of the industry, we are able to see trends
develop and anticipate hiring in key areas. Effected members
are notified as these trends develop so they can be on the leading
edge of career opportunities.
Our staff’s expertise is derived from
a combination of personal experience in the power generation
industry, extensive HR executive and technical placement success
in the industry and business services to the industry. The energy
industry is our focus.
Membership is free. We are compensated by
the firms that retain us on a continuous or specific need basis.
How it works.
When we anticipate or get advanced notice
of an opening we review the specifics of the position and compare
them with the information and preferences provided by our members.
We contact those matching the parameters via an email announcement.
If after their review the position is of interest, they click
on a link that takes them to detailed information on the company
and position. If interested, the member contacts us and we discuss
the next steps.
Confidentiality
Most of our members are presently employed.
They’re members because they want to pro-actively evaluate
opportunities as they become available without jeopardizing
their current position. Having been there ourselves, we know
and appreciate the importance of maintaining the highest degree
of confidentiality.
